What is the purpose of this test?
The GI Effects Fundamentals Profile helps individuals understand how well their digestive system is working. It provides important information about digestion, absorption, and the balance of gut bacteria. This test can help find the cause of symptoms like bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation. By understanding what's happening in the gut, doctors can create a plan to improve digestion and overall health.
