Loyalty Program

Earn points every time you shop with Walk-In Lab. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend contingent on the reward tier. You can also earn points in many different ways, from signing up in the program, to recommending friends or sharing a post by us on Facebook. The more points you get the bigger the reward!

There are two ways to redeem points.

Option One:

• Log into online account
• Click on "my rewards"
• Click on redeem reward card
• Once you redeem your reward card, you will be able to use it for Walk-In Lab purchases.

Option Two:

• Log into online account
• Add the tests you want to your cart
• Prior to checkout, select your available reward in the "Rewards Code" field and apply.

Points expire after 18 months from your last purchase.

Go to "my account" and select "View Rewards Points" under "Rewards & Reward Cards".

This code is unique to each account. When referring a friend, you will give them your personal code to enter when they make a purchase. Once their results are uploaded, you will receive 100 points.

No, points will not be applied to orders purchased with loyalty points or with reward card credits from refunds.
