What is the purpose of this test?

The IgG Food MAP with Candida + Yeast - Mosaic Diagnostics Test Kit helps identify food sensitivities and assess gut health by measuring antibodies to 190 foods, herbs, and spices from various diets, including Western, Asian, and Mediterranean cuisines. This test also evaluates the presence of Candida and yeast, which are common contributors to gut imbalances. In addition, it analyzes 76 organic acids, offering a detailed view of metabolic activity and nutrient status.

Food sensitivities and gut imbalances can lead to symptoms like digestive discomfort, fatigue, inflammation, and even mood changes. By uncovering the root causes, this test provides valuable insights into how your body reacts to specific foods and evaluates overall metabolic health. With this information, you can create a personalized plan to improve diet, address gut issues, and promote overall wellness.
